OnePlace LLC Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains our information practices, defines your privacy options and describes how your information is collected and used by us, OnePlace LLC (“OnePlace”).

The Information We Collect

This policy applies to all information collected on the OPH Website and any information you provide to OnePlace. You will most likely provide us personal information to us when you register as a user of OnePlace’s OnePlace® service (the “Service”), place your order for the Service, participate in certain OnePlace promotions or enter certain OnePlace sponsored customer surveys of contests. The OPH Website may include chatrooms, bulletin boards, product reviews, or other message areas that allow users to post information to the OPH Website. IP addresses define the Internet location of computers and help us better understand the geographic distribution of our visitors and customers and manage the performance of the OPH Website. Cookies are tiny files placed onto the hard drive of your computer when you visit the OPH Website, so we can immediately recognize you when you return to the OPH Website and deliver content specific to your interests. Use of the OPH Website by Children

The Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. Notwithstanding this general restriction, users that purchase the Service on “family” basis may make the available to children under 13 years old. Such children’s use of the Service shall be strictly supervised by the parent or guardian who has purchased the Service. Except as set forth above, OnePlace will not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information submitted by visitors to the OPH Website site who are under the age of 13.

Your Privacy Preferences

When you sign up as a registered user of the OPH Website or as a Service customer, you may begin receiving marketing communications such as e-mail newsletters, product and service updates, promotions, and contests. Our customers generally find this type of information useful. We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process. It is also possible that OnePlace would sell all or substantially all of its assets and business.
